1. Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation by Customer: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched, whichever is earlier. To request a cancellation, please email us at welltiva01@gmail.com with your Order ID.
Once the order has been handed over to our shipping partner (Delhivery), we cannot accept cancellation requests. In such cases, the order will be treated as a return (refer to Section 2).
2. Returns & Replacements
We offer a 7-day return policy. You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product received is physically damaged or defective.
- The product delivered is different from the item ordered.
- The product has expired by the time it reached you.
Conditions for Return:
- Items must be in their original condition (unopened, unused).
- All original packaging, labels, and the invoice must be intact.
- Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
3. Refund Process & Timelines
Once we receive your returned item and it passes our quality check, we will initiate the refund process.
Refund Method: Refunds will be credit back to the original source of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) used during the transaction.
Timeline: It typically takes 5 to 7 business days for the refund amount to credit in your bank account/statement after processing from our end.
COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, we will request your bank details to process the refund via NEFT/IMPS.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are ineligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons unless they are delivered damaged. These include opened wellness supplements, personal care products with broken seals, and items purchased during specific "Final Sale" events.
