Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days across India depending on your location.
1. Shipping Coverage
Welltiva ships to over 20,000+ pincodes across India. We partner with leading logistics providers, primarily Delhivery, to ensure your wellness products reach you safely and on time. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999.
- Standard Shipping: A nominal shipping fee of ₹50 to ₹90 may apply to orders below ₹999, which will be clearly displayed during checkout.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing your Tracking ID (AWB Number) and a link to track your package in real-time. You can also track your order directly on our website under the "Order Confirmation" page or on the Delhivery tracking portal.
4. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts due to incorrect address or unavailability, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, a re-shipping fee may be applicable for a second delivery attempt.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept it and notify us immediately. If you find items missing from your package after opening, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
